The ReLoop App and the ReLoop Website https://www.reloopapp.com/ ("ReLoop", "App", or "Website") are owned and managed by Green Recycling ("Company").
By accessing and using the ReLoop App or Website, you consent to our "Terms & Conditions" mentioned on this page.
1. General Terms
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
ReLoop will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
2. ReLoop Products and Services
Services: The ReLoop recycling services include collection from the user location and recycling the recyclable material. The user can either subscribe for a continuous service (e.g. monthly, yearly subscription) in which a user is allowed a certain number of collection trips/orders (e.g. 4 trips a month), or can request the collection and recycling service on a one-time basis (single trip). Whenever a user requests a collection from their location, 1 trip is deducted from their account.
Products: Users can purchase environmental/recycled products from ReLoop which ReLoop would deliver to the address of the user.
All prices will be clearly mentioned on the ReLoop app and are inclusive of VAT.
If you make a payment for our products or services on ourapp, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies).
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
3. Collections/Recycling Services Policy
The cost of the collection/recycling service is reflected in the subscription/service fee clearly mentioned on the app, and is inclusive of VAT.
Confirmation of a collection request typically takes 12-24 hours and is scheduled on the day chosen by the user through the app.
Users are allowed to cancel a collection/recycling request according to the Refunds and Cancellations Policy section of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Product Delivery/Shipment Policy
The shipping/delivery cost of the purchased products on the ReLoop app is embedded in the product cost and no additional shipping cost will be applied.
Requested product orders are typically confirmed by ReLoop within 24-48 hours.
After confirmation, shipping usually takes 2-7 days and depends on availability of stock.
Users are allowed to cancel a product purchase request according to the Refunds and Cancellations Policy section of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Refunds and Cancellations Policy
ReLoop allows cancellation of service requests and product requests before a threshold time, currently set at 9pm the day before the scheduled service/product delivery. The following rules will apply for cancellations: Cancellation after this specified time will incur a cancellation penalty.
Cancellation before threshold time:
Collection request: user will regain the cancelled trip for future use
Product order: user will be refunded the product value and will be charged AED 5 as a cancellation fee
Cancellation after threshold time:
Collection request: user will lose / not regain the cancelled trip and will not be able to use it in the future
Product order: user will not be refunded the product value
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Replacements are not allowed for products
6. Other Terms & Conditions
Users can opt-out from using ReLoop and can have their account details deleted by sending an official email to ReLoop on email@example.com or by filling the contact us form on www.reloopapp.com
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
ReLoop is not to be held liable for any improper use, behavior or conduct of users.
